1. Ownership of content
All content on the site (text, photos, images, drawings, datasheets, price tables, performance curves, calculators, logos and layout) belongs to Stratovac or its licensors. It is protected by the Copyright Act of Canada and trademark laws.
Stratovac, STROV and our product names are marks used by Stratovac. Other marks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are cited for reference only (for example, to show parts compatibility).
2. Permitted use
You may browse the site and print or download datasheets and information to evaluate our products, for your personal use or for your company’s internal use.
Without Stratovac’s prior written permission, you may not:
- reproduce, republish, sell or distribute the site’s content, in whole or in part, including on another website, in a catalogue, a quote or an advertisement;
- remove, change or replace the Stratovac name, logos or model numbers on our datasheets or images;
- copy our prices, tables or datasheets to present them as your own or to compare them publicly;
- extract the site’s content by automated means (bots, site downloaders, scraping) or interfere with the site’s operation;
- use the site’s content to train or feed an artificial intelligence system for commercial purposes.

3. Technical information and calculation tools
Technical data, flows, vacuum levels, tap counts, converters and calculators are provided for guidance only. They do not replace a study made for your installation. Actual performance depends on network tightness, line length, altitude, supply voltage and maintenance, among other factors.
Stratovac may change products, technical specifications, prices and site content at any time without notice. Despite our care, the site may contain errors; they will be corrected as soon as possible.
4. Prices and orders
Prices shown and orders placed on the site are governed by our terms of sale.
5. Links to other sites
The site may link to external sites (for example, the Helcim secure payment page). Stratovac is not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stratovac is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it, or for decisions made solely on the basis of the site’s information or tools. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.

8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil, subject to consumers’ rights.
Stratovac may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
In case of discrepancy between the French and English versions, the French version prevails.
